Delivery terms

Once you complete your order, you will be able to download your product license key from Instant-Key.net instantly. We use e-mail as a way to deliver items. During working hours (including weekends), the license code(s) you purchased will be downloadable instantly on the confirmation page, then an email will be sent to your registered email address within 30 minutes max. Sometimes but rarely the product is out of stock, in this case, it takes a maximum of 48 hours to deliver the software.

For customers located outside the US, delivery times may vary and will be specified at the time of purchase. We provide a tracking number for you to track your order and a contact number or email address for you to reach out to in case of any issues or concerns with your order.

Our policy also includes a section on security and data protection, explaining our approach to keeping your information safe. In case you don’t receive the product within the established time frame, please contact us by chat, email, or phone and we will take care of it.

We also have a FAQ section that addresses common customer concerns and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a policy of refunds or exchanges.
